I'm a counselling practicum student passionate about creating a warm, collaborative space where people can feel genuinely heard and supported.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and bring approximately 10 years of experience supporting children and youth across Vancouver. I'm currently completing my Master's-level counselling training and provide counselling under clinical supervision.
My approach draws from person-centred counselling, CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, while staying flexible to the person in front of me.
